11 December 2012 - Decree number 296 for year 2012 of the formation of the Cabinet

Having reviewed the Constitution,

- and our Order issued on the 21st of Muharram 1434 A.H., corresponding to the 5th of December 2012, appointing His Highness Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as the Prime Minister,

- and based on the presentation of the Prime Minister,

We have decreed the following:

Article 1: Each of the following shall be appointed:

2	Ahmed Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah	Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense

Following a review of the constitution, and Amiri Order issued on the 5th Muharram 1433 Hijra, corresponding to the 30th of November 2011, to appoint Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister, and Decree Number 433 for the year 2011 to dissolve parliament, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Prime Minister, We have decreed:
