Following a review of the constitution, and Amiri Order issued on the 5th Muharram 1433 Hijra, corresponding to the 30th of November 2011, to appoint Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister, and Decree Number 433 for the year 2011 to dissolve parliament, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Prime Minister, We have decreed:

Article One: To Appoint:

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior

2. Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs

3. Mustafa Jassim Al-Shamali
Minister of Finance and Minister of Health

4. Dr. Fadhel Safar Ali Safar
Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs

5. Dr. Mohammad Muhsin Al-Busairi
Minister of Oil and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs

6. Ahmed Abdulmohsen Al-Mulaifi
Minister of Justice and Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education

7. Dr. Amani Khalid Bourisly
Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Planning and Development

8. Salem Mutheeb Ahmad Al-Uthayna

Article Two: The Prime Minister must implement this decree from the date it is issued and it is to be published in the official gazette.
