To appoint the Prime Minister

Following a review of the constitution,
And our Order issued on the 19th of Rabih I 1430 Hijra, corresponding to the 16th of March 2009, accepting the resignation of the Prime Minister,

We decreed the following

Article one

The appointment of His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah as Prime Minister, he is charged with proposing members of the new cabinet, and submitting their names to us, to issue a decree to appoint them.

Article two

The Prime Minister must implement our decree, inform the National Assembly, and it must be published in the official paper.
