Decree number 400 for the year 2006

Following a review of the constitution,
And decree number 195 for the year 2006, to form a cabinet,
And upon decree number 399 for the year 2006, accepting the resignation of the Minister of Information,
And in accordance with the proposal of the Prime Minister,

We decreed the following:

Article one

Bader Nasser Al-Humaidi is appointed Minister of Public Works, Minister of Housing Affairs- along with his duties- acting Minister of  Information.

Article two

The Prime Minister must inform the National Assembly of this decree, and it is effective from the date it is issued, and it is published in the official paper.
