Decree number133 for the year 2008

Following a review of the constitution,
and our order issued on the 15th of Jamada I1429 Hijra, corresponding to the 20th of May2008, His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah is appointed Prime Minister

And In Accordance with the recommendations of the Prime Minister We have decreed the following:

Article One
Appointing the following:

1. Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah  
   First Deputy Prime Minister, and
   Minister of Defense

2. Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah
   Deputy Premier, and
   Minister of Foreign Affairs

3. Faisal Mohammad Al-Haji Bu Khdour
   Deputy Premier, and
   Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs
   

4. Ahmad Baqer Al-abdullah
   Minister of Trade and Industry and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs

5. Bader Fahad Ali Al-Duwaila
   Minister of Social Affairs and Labour

6. Jaber Khallid Jaber Al- Sabah
   Minister of Interior

7. Hussein Nasser Al-Huraiti
   Minister of Justice and Minster of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs

8. Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah
   Minister of Information

9. Abdulrahman Khalid Al-Ghunaim
   Minister of Communications

10.  Ali Mohammad Al-Barrak
    Minister of Health

11. Dr. Fadhil Safar Ali Safar
    Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipality Affairs

12. Mohammed Abdullah Hadi Al-Olaim
    Minister of Oil and Minister of Electricity and Water

    Minister of Finance

Article two

The Prime Minister must inform the National Assembly of this decree, implement it from the date it is issued and it is published in the official paper.
