Decree number 91 for the Year 2008
Appointment of two Ministers

Following a review of the constitution, and our order issued on the 16th of Safar 1428 Hijra – Corresponding to the 6th of March, 2008; Appointing His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al- Mohammed Al- Ahmed Al- Sabah as Prime Minister,
and upon decree number 66 for the year 2007 to form a cabinet and related amended decrees,
and on decree number 90 for the year 2008; accepting the resignation of two ministers, and upon the presentation of His Highness the Prime Minister,

We decreed the following:

Article One

The appointment of:

1- Abdullah Abdulrahman Al- Taweel – Minister of Health – along with his duties – acting Minister of State for housing Affairs and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs.

2- Mustafa Jassem Al- Shamali – Minister of Finance – along with his duties – acting Minister of Trade and Industry.

Article Two

The Prime Minister must implement this decree and it is effective from the date it is issued, and it must be published in the official paper.
