Decree number 341 for the year 2007
Appointment of Acting Minister of Oil

Following a review of the constitution,
And decree number 66 for the year 2007 to forma a cabinet and related amended decrees,
And decree number 340 for the year 2007 accepting the resignation of the Minister of Oil,
And upon the presentation of the Prime Minister;

We decreed the following:

Article One:
The appointment of Mohammed Abdul Hadi Al-Ulaym, Minister of Electricity and Water – along with his duties - as acting minister of Oil.

Article Two:
The Prime Minister must implement this decree, and inform the National Assembly, and it is effective from the date it is issued and it must be published in the official paper.
